Based on decades of combined experience working with (the impacts of) violence and abuse in interpersonal relationships we are often able to match services to specialised external clinical supervision.
Supervision is usually offered to a whole team and can combine individual and group supervision. Currently this is offered to staff in services working with domestic violence perpetrators, stalkers, and individuals with complex needs. The approach tends to be client-centred with a focus on effective self-care, client support, risk management, team dynamics, and inter-agency collaboration.
In addition to regular supervision, we also offer
- one-off support around complex cases, especially where there are challenging mental health needs, high-risks or complex systemic issues
- more hands-on support with clinical management, for example by (remotely) attending regular case review meetings
- Deep Dive sessions, where we facilitate in-depth practice reviews. These sessions bridge training, mentoring and clinical management support through a reflective immersion into challenges faced in day-to-day work.
